Students of Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET) formed a human chain in Dhaka for safe transportation for cuetian and for prosecution of alleged driver. They formed human chain on 8th April at 5.00 pm at Shahbug circle, in Dhaka.
One of their fellow student Mohaiminul Islam Siam, department of Architecture died in a tragic road accident on 29th March, 2016 when a human hauler (Laguna) rammed him. Students demanded safe transportation, permanent ban on playing of illegal vehicle and reckless driver on kaptai road and also the early punishment of alleged driver. Along with ex-students of CUET President of Bangladesh Student Union Laki Akter was also present there.
